Recently, in a waste acid purification project in Hubei Province, the membrane analysis equipment system, which was meticulously crafted by Shandong Huanke Environmental Protection, was successfully installed and completed. This project targets industrial waste acid with an acidity of 15% (calculated as hydrochloric acid), precisely addressing the challenge of removing heavy metals, especially copper ions, and clearing the core obstacle for the recycling and utilization of waste acid.
In industrial production, free copper ions in waste acid are like "invisible killers", not only seriously affecting the reusability of recycled acid and leading to a decline in product quality, but also possibly causing a chain of problems such as equipment corrosion and process interruption in subsequent stages.
